If you don’t have Advanced Security enabled, you’ll see a light blue box at the top of the Security tab prompting you to turn it on. Tapping Turn it on will walk you through turning it on. On the afternoon of 07/29/2024 I started to receive an “Internet Security Warning” message whenever I started Outlook. The message dialog displayed “The target principal name is incorrect.” The General Certificate Information indicated it was “Issued to: imap.email.comcast.net” and had valid active certificate dates displayed.
But "internet-security-site-web.ho-g3.cf.comcast.net" is a private link to 10.112.21.* which is an internal/intranet IP address. Customers have no access to such an address. Attempts to access it result in browser messages like "The connection has timed out".
