My dad called around today and this is what GM sent him: Beginning January 2, 2005, Walt Disney World announced "Magic Your Way" tickets and are offering the tickets listed below at a 12% discount to its Walt Disney World theme parks in Florida to all GM employees and retirees.

They have free coffee or pop, a lounge area with a great view of the Epcot ball, washrooms, and when you are done relaxing you go down the back way and front of the line to Test Track. Keep in mind though the lounge is open 9-5 monday -Friday.

I've heard they are comparable to WeatherTech or Husky, but they just have the GM branding in it. I can obtain a set of these for about $10-15+ cheaper than the alternatives because of my parents' GM Friends/Family Discount. I've not heard great things about the NEW Weathertech liners.

1) In this case, size does not matter. 2) AT&T, Kodak, GM have sponsorship deals with Disney. 3) Thus, they get preferred rates. 4) This goes for most of the WDW sponsors of which I am aware. NOTE: Verizon does give significant discounts to WDW employees, but that is. a one-way purchase deal and not a sponsorship.

As a GM retiree, I can buy a 5 day FLEXIBLE DATE PH for $619 (i.e. there is no start date associated with the ticket) This would work for my W&D race weekend when the Disney advance price for a 5 day PH starting on Oct 31 is ~$764. But I am also going in January (Marathon weekend) and so have decided to buy an AP.
