Corporate Banking provides incredible modeling skills (not to mention they assist with CM+IB) as opposed to DCM/ECM/Securitization which is mostly sales (thus seriously limiting exit ops). I became a geologist because I want to look at rocks and do science. Instead I just do inspections, create procedures, ERPs, journey management plans, JSAs, community relations, orientations, keep up with ordering and supplying PPE, fire extinguishers, etc. This should all be the job of safety people.
