If you liked Shadow of mordor's combat then you'll like Ryse: Son of Rome although it requires a little bit of timing instead of dodge then slash, the story isn't that bad either, the staging of every level is absolutely impeccable as this game is pretty linear and tries to show off it's graphics a lot.

To conclude Ryse: Son of Rome is really a nice weekend blockbuster, you play it during a rainy weekend and enjoy the spectacle but the entire experience is pretty mediocre.
