From the main QVC page, the sign in comes up a little different looking than on this forum page. After entering email and password and clicking the sign in button it just shows a spinning wheel and never loads. Yes, I tried different browsers, and going directly to QVC via the search engine.

The website isn’t recognizing my email address as a valid login, except on my phone. It makes no sense. When I go to login on my laptop, the website says, “Hmm, something went wrong. Try again, or contact Customer Service at 888-345-5788.”. I’ve called, I’ve emailed, I’ve rebooted. Nothing works.
I was just looking at my account to make sure I was signed out. If you go to your QVC account page, see if you can sign out as usual. It actually doesn't look the same. Alice said the name should be in right hand corner with a little arrow. I know cause this is how I usually sign out.

My father is trying to log into his account to check on orders and as soon as you enter the email address, instead of an area for a password, a new page comes up asking for information as if he doesn't have an account. Has anyone had this happen to them?

Options. 03-13-2024 08:50 AM. Another thing: Pay careful attention to what the website is asking you to do. Sometimes, it will ask for an extra confirmation of the password or the user name, and if you just try to log in blindly, you won't get in. For those who want to "speak" to someone in IT, that will never happen.
Re: Log in problems again! Options. 03-09-2024 08:13 AM. I had trouble again this morning. I kept trying and kept getting the message to call customer service. I will not be calling anyone. If i cannot sign in as simply as I do on any other site, I will not be shopping here or posting. I did try a few things and finally got in.
Re: For those having trouble signing in or having to change your password! 07-15-2021 06:35 PM. So far, of late, I'm not seeing any issues. The only difference is that it keeps me logged in for at least a few days (haven't counted) and then, one day, it's time to log in again. At least that's a nice improvement.
