Hi , we ran into an issue with a couple of users using (The new outlook) where they need to manually click on View>Sync to see the new incoming emails OR they need to search for the email Item to see it, after the manual syncing the email shows in their inbox. Try looking at the upper right of the new version and see if it says "Try the new Outlook", if it does make sure that it is turned OFF. I did this and it then gave me the old interface which allowed me to have non-Outlook accounts etc. Hopefully this will work for all struggling with the new version which simply no longer allows much to work.
