    My EI parental leave has no reporting, the report was supposed to have processed on the 26th had it not been the two-weeks of endless bank holidays. Now it's another observed bank holiday today and MSC has zero information to give, so its a week past due for a payment, onto the next one and still no information.

Not when the direct deposit information during the stat holidays. Do consult the website for it. If you still get mail by cheque, I don't know when you will get it.
