Microsoft Jigsaw downloaded puzzles. I currently have 66 downloaded puzzle packs (in the Downloaded Puzzles folder under Local State), but I cannot see all of them when I click on "Classic Jigsaw" in the app. Sometimes I see 42 puzzle packs, other times I only see 12. I am running the Premium version 2.1.7200.0 on Windows 10.

1) Go to your C drive in File Explorer. 2) Search in the top-right search bar for DownloadedPuzzles. 3) A folder should show up called DownloadedPuzzles. Open it. 4) Delete the collections you've completed. 5) Start Microsoft Jigsaw and those puzzles should be gone. Hopefully that works!
MIcrosoft Jigsaw. Starting middle of last week, I can no longer access many of the puzzles that I have downloaded. The new Microsoft Jigsaw screen only shows two of my many puzzle folders. I can not even get to the puzzles that I downloaded last week that I am currently working on. I am using Windows 10 on a desktop computer.
Recovering Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzles. 14 October 2017. My hard drive died suddenly and I lost all of my Microsoft jigsaw puzzles. When I downloaded the game into my new hard drive and logged on, my points were there. Is there any way to recover the puzzles I've already downloaded without having to 'buy' them again?

Microsoft Jigsaw was running fine with over 100 completed levels of puzzles running in Windows 10. About 5 days ago I lost all the collections I had downloaded and played. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Jigsaw several times and upgraded to the November Windows version. No improvement.
