Back to Life is a British dark comedy-drama television series co-written by Laura Solon and Daisy Haggard, who also portrays the lead character, Miri. The show premiered on BBC One on 15 April 2019. [1] The first series received critical acclaim with many reviews highly praising the performance and writing of Haggard.
The album version of the song was an a cappella which was remixed and re-recorded before being released as a single. Two new versions were produced — the first taking the original recording with instrumentation added, and the second was a re-working of the song with new lyrics and chorus (also adding "However Do You Want Me" to the title).
The song has been called an " electro -kissed anthem" with "shimmering production" and "loved-up lyrics", with Steinfeld singing "Our love's enough, transcending us through space and time.
