I think it's best if you just use up all your dodges every few min while playing. im already at third sea, yet no observation v2 lol. Use all your dodges and then leave the the game (Repeat until 5000) I just kept grinding till it said i have like 4700+ observation xp then just farm the skypeans (by using all observation dodges then leave then rejoin then repeat) by the way just a random fact you probably have 16 dodges and ...
Observation haki is really good and in second sea you basically can't servive without it in my experience Fishman karate is also really good however and if you use light it won't get much use. I just got 750k in upper sky islands and im wondering whats better, The fighting style of fishman karate or the skill of observation.

Yeah you don't need observation yet unless you Wanna try to grind it to mad nd get v2 in 3rd sea (it's harder than youd think) but if you don't really care about allat then water kung fu (me personally I went for electric it's at the bottom of sky Island behind a rock the mad scientist sells it) plus it only costs 500k
Yea. and im also broke. yeah buy it. There is no reason not to get it. And the sooner you get observation haki, the earlier you can max it out. You can survive and farm mobs with buso haki (logia doesn't work) with observation haki. Yes it’s so worth it. u helped me alot. thanks for saying that.
