My company recently booked a few flights on BA for me, and it shows that I can earn 0 avios and 0 tier points in Manage My Booking. I'm sure that the flights are neither reward bookings nor industry fares. The tier points are quite important to me as what I can earn for these bookings is enough to obtain a gold status.

Alas, you cannot do it through BA.com. You can however do it through Finnair.com by entering your booking ref and hitting update your details. Ooh, that's useful to know for the future. I just had to change one as my pot luck of the wifes' two numbers in the mobile app led to me picking the wrong one.

On the ba website page, try logging out of your BA account, then look for the bookings using the PNR and your surname. When that retrieves the booking it might let you change the ff number. If not try similar on AY site. WiSK, BA or bust and AndreasJ like this. Reply.

That’s not possible, BA.com can only (properly) add PNRs for bookings that contain at least one BA flight or have been made with BA. If you want to manage an Alaska booking, you need to use their website. If you want all your bookings from disparate airlines to appear on the one page, you need to use something like Awardwallet.
