I paid $800 for two pairs of custom orthotics in 2014, and $1000 for two pairs in 2019. $1000 for one pair seems high, and I’m guessing that Good Feet is off-the-shelf, not custom (their web site site isn’t clear, and I wouldn’t give an unclear web site the benefit of the doubt).
