Answering questions about the Los Angeles area. Is it possible to talk to a human being from SoCal Edison? Their phone system appears to be 100% automated with no "press 0 to talk to an agent" option. I have tried calling their customer support number (1-800-655-4555) and their voltage issue number (1-800-611-1911).

Question. I have been getting spun in circles by all of Edison’s automated phone directories. None of them are useful and I need to reach a human to talk with. Has anyone been able to speak to someone recently, and can you share a phone number with me? UPDATE: I did reach a human being at 1-800-247-3123.
1. [deleted] • 9 mo. ago. For anyone finding this later on, like I am, here's a secret number connecting to a live person (only able to reach this by trying to do stop service on the website and then running into an "error" (at which point they display this number in super small font)) 1800 409 2365. 1.
Customer Support (USA & Canada): 1-800-655-4555. Call our support line for questions related to your account, including billing and electric rates from: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. I cant even get through to talk to someone. It doesn't even give me the option.
Just keep hitting 0 at each of the prompts after you make an initial selection or two. Finally you’ll be put in queue. FYI for anyone curious, here's the number for a real person: 1-800-319-8765. Feels impossible. Trying to handle a simple task to have my name removed from a joint account.
Long story short, I found a Reddit post by someone trying to contact a human being at SCE for a different issue, and found a phone number that worked for speaking to someone. Here’s the number: (800) 409-2365. Here’s the numbers I input into the phone directory tree to speak to someone about this specific issue: 9-3-3-1.
Hello, my dad recently passed away. He was the account holder for Southern California Edison. I will be moving into a new place and will need to stop services here and start services at the new address. In order to stop services here, I have to log onto his account, which I have access to.
Because I literally cannot find an SCE number that doesn't go to an automated machine that has no options for NEM questions. It's all automated or just "go online" which the website only gives you that same phone number. Here is the SCE NEM phone number (866) 600-6290. SCE Nem 2.0 Rejection.
For those with Southern California Edison or TOU, can someone help me answer a few questions. Background: I have 8.1Kw system with NO Powerwalls. So I understand with NEM 2.0, I will be getting a different type of bill where at the end of each year, either I owe SCE money or I get a credit depending on how much I produce vs consume.
