Yes, press Windows + R, type services.msc, search for AnyDesk Service, right click AnyDesk Service, select Properties, click Stop and change it from Automatic Start to Manual. Win + R --> services.msc --> look for the AnyDesk service --> right click --> Properties --> hit the stop button and set the service to manual startup.
