Login page for new Etsy Seller App is incorrect. I've had the new Etsy Seller App for months in beta. Now that there's an update, I've updated the app but it wouldn't let me log back. It says "There's no shop related to this email" even though I'm currently logged into my shop and the old orange Sell on Etsy app on my phone.
Cant log in. 04-16-2022 11:18 PM. So I just started my shop, I can see it in the Etsy app but I can’t log into the selling app. It sends me two factor authentication and I click it’s link, and it just sends me to the Etsy app and I have no clue what it wants me to do! Any advice?

Also saw this on my shop dash board (since you mention not using the app because you have two shops), if you have been invited to try the new seller app: "Switch between multiple accounts in the Etsy Seller app. Have multiple Etsy accounts? Now you can quickly switch between them in the Etsy Seller Preview app. Just tap "Home" then "Settings"."
09-23-2022 07:10 AM. Even when Etsy provider phone support it was incredibly unhelpful. Honestly, it was some of the worst customer service I ever received. One representative admitted to me there was a site wide problem with an issue and then told me they considered it my responsibility to handle it still.
