Hi did you ever get your package I’m actually in the same boat right now it has said departed from fast track express usps awaiting item for about 7 days now it just shows on the after ship app the package looks like it’s just sitting in the facility there hasn’t been no movement in about 8 days and I also can’t find the number for fast track express very frustrated
The sellers use Fast Track Express to instantly generate a tracking number that appears the item is in hand. It is not in hand. Once it finally arrives from overseas then it is delivered to USPS. That’s why it looks “stuck”. Most of the sticking points are near customs ports. Queens, Chicago, etc.
I've also been waiting on Fast Track Express to deliver an order since 11/24. The package has been sitting in Jamaica NY for 6 weeks now. It keeps departing & arriving at the shipping facility. Last week I disputed the charge with my bank because I'm assuming that it'll never actually arrive. 1.
However, this is the first time I'm seeing something mailed with "Fast Track Express Inc." as a shipping partner. Usually its something along the lines of JCEX and then DHL, and is estimated to arrive within 3 weeks but usually its 1-2.

It says arrived shipping partner and departed shipping partner. Until it says accepted at whatever usps office it’s still with fast track but as you can tell their name is a lie. Mine passed through customs on 10/23 and hasn't moved since.
Fast track express is horrible I’m gonna contact my seller see if I can either get a refund or resent through a different shipping company I ordered from dhgate and read all the sellers reviews and they were good don’t know why I’m having problems but it really is frustrating
Trackingmore did not automatically find the FTE tracking number and does not list FTE as one of the 1137 carriers they can track. Fast Track Express Inc. Has anyone had issues with Fast Track Express INC before (USPS shipping partner)?
