The definitive solution that worked for me for now after contacting Nvidia Support is to use: Nvidia Cleaup Tool to correctly uninstall all Nvidia's Apps and files, restart the computer then Clean Install the newest GeForce Experience+Driver (through Custom install option) I hope that helped

AMD adrenaline is pretty equivalent to Nvidia, they both have essentially the same features. I really like how Nvidia explains some settings with a preview/screenshot, and in general I'd say GFE has a better UX. However they have allowed the Nvidia control panel to fall behind, whereas AMD has virtually every setting available in the main app.
Shadowplay used to be a stand alone app until they bundled it with Garbage Experience, didn't have to register an account or anything to use it either... Works fantastic, have never had a problem with it. I’d give it a shot. There are some nice features, like it has recommended presets for your cards for games.

For fallout 76 game pass I had to double click the shortcut, and use “alt+z” to open the GeForce experience while fallout loads, then keep it open until it loads and it should be optimized! 4.

I've set the Graphics Processor as the Integrated one rather than the NVidia one, and then ran GeForce Experience as an administrator. That's finally given me the login screen, and I can progress from there. Closing it and re-opening without Admin gets me back to the same Black screen. When you load into the game, make sure instant replay is on. You can open the overlay menu (alt+z) or use the shortcut (alt+shift+f10 if memory serves me right). You should get a notifiaction that says "instant replay is now on" and the little icon will be at the bottom right (or wherever you put the status indicator).
