After talking with FedEx Support, they told me they currently do not offer drives for Windows 10, and my machine will not print labels to the Thermal Label Printer through the desktop FedEx Ship Manager Software. I had the same problem. I used the FedEx Ship Manager Software Windows 7 driver and now it prints normal.
