Lost my buttons on toolbar and no refresh icon; I want to add the Yahoo toolbar that is already on my computer with Internet Explorer. Is there a way to import it? I went to "add a toolbar" but that did nothing. Ever since the latest update to 21.0 my yahoo toolbar is not functioning. It will only work if I go back to version 19.0. Any ideas why??

As an experiment I used the Yahoo US page and downloaded the toolbar. It installed Yahoo! Toolbar 3.2.11.20150226051211 {635abd67-4fe9-1b23-4f01-e679fa7484c1} I used Fx38 on Windows 7, I am not in the US but I used the US page and left the locale option as US. The toolbar installed after I accepted the standard warning that it may be untrusted.
