So just found a 2001 PT Cruiser with only 53,700 original miles for $3295. Clear coat is wearing off around the front fenders and hood and the bumpers. Mechanically I’ve been told it doesn’t have any issues. The dash is cracked and I’ve read that is an issue with this car. The rest of the interior is in great shape.

Hi there, I’m trying to change my oil for the first time, I have a pair of ramps but I don’t have enough clearance when I use them with the Pt Cruiser. I got myself a floor jack 2.5 tons, but I don’t know where to use it on a 2004 Pt Cruiser. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!
The PT Cruiser for its first several years had a far-too-thin line that ran its coolant/antifreeze. These engine ran hot constantly and you had to get expensive radiator flushes done with almost every oil change or else the sediment and buildup would block the coolant lines like a fat person's heart arteries and it warp the engine.
Not entirely relevant to the original questions but interesting trivia: the PT is based on the same chassis as the Neon. In addition, the Neon was powered by a Mitsubishi engine. I owned two Dodge Neons, both two-door coupes, one was a 6-speed manual if I recall correctly.
