Etsy has been suspending some shops I log in to for mere login activity from my end. I understand it's for privacy and security concerns but they take weeks to unsuspend it after the seller emails them a couple of times and sometimes they won't unsuspend the shop at all. There is clearly no policy violation at all.

I then erase the e-mail address and click on the box and, voila, the names of my three shops and buyer account appear (just as before, without so many steps). I then chose the site I want and the password appears automatically. If I sign out, I have to go through the same long process to access any of my other accounts.

09-23-2022 07:10 AM. Even when Etsy provider phone support it was incredibly unhelpful. Honestly, it was some of the worst customer service I ever received. One representative admitted to me there was a site wide problem with an issue and then told me they considered it my responsibility to handle it still.

We experienced a brief issue yesterday that affected accessing aspects of the site and listing display. We were able to get this corrected and everything should be loading properly.
Best Seller badges can be removed when sales drop over a period of time. The OP's item is most likely being purchased for Easter decor and in high demand. Once demand and sales drop the badge may be removed. Etsy's algorithm determines the Best Seller badge designation.
