Fullname is auto set by CRM as firstname+lastname. We cannot override fullname. If you want to format the fullname as title then you can use below approach, Add two new custom fields in contact 1. new_title 2. new_firstname. To be honest, I'm not aware if the Application Layer Gateway service requires Internet access or not. It is used by the Windows Firewall, which should be off with OneCare on and also works with Internet Connection Sharing. So, if you are using Internet Connection Sharing, I suspect that it would need network access, at the very least.-steve
