Put in a ticket. This morning. I tried using the paperwork. DDI and got a little further. When I used the forgot password it sent me the OTP. Put in the OTP brought me to another page that made me request another OTP which I got and used. Then it brought me to a login asking for my password even though it never let me create a new password.
First: go to google and type in “DDI SIGN IN” It takes you to a list of ones to click and your gonna click the second one from the top “says something along the lines of DDI DRIVERS LOGIN”. Click it and it will take you to the old login screen. From there you gonna use your OLD login info.

You MUST have the “Branch” app to get paid. This is the only way DDi sends your money, is into this app and then you can transfer it out.
