If your tracker is still taking a long time to sync, my best recommendation would be enabling All-day Sync in the app so your phone and your tracker establish a better connection between them. This also allows your tracker to sync in the background. To enable All-day Sync go to Account > Your Tracker and scroll down until you see this option.
