Email is a free service that is complimentary with an active internet subscription. Roadrunner accounts were associated with legacy TWC accounts, and since becoming Spectrum in 2016, new email accounts have the @spectrum.com domain. It sounds like you had an older email associated with a previous account, and that the email was recently purged.
Is email automatically available to everyone who has spectrum internet? I've had internet service for 4-5 years and I just recently found out there's a supposed @twc.com email address for spectrum customers. If true how does one initially set email up? Best Answer. For Legacy Charter emails or new spectrum.net emails, users must log in to Spectrum.net using their Spectrum Identity and click the mail icon to access email. Spectrum and L-CHTR email domains end in .net (e.g., user@spectrum.net, user@charter.net). Log in to Spectrum.net.
