Log on to ServSafe.com, click on the Certificates tab, and can choose the "Download certificate" option to print the certificate. You can also request a certificate be mailed to you directly via US Postal Service for a fee of $10.
The ServSafe Manager Certification must be provided to you under the supervision of a registered ServSafe Proctor. If you are a registered ServSafe Proctor, ordering and proctoring your own exam is a security violation and inherent conflict of interest.
To become ServSafe Food Safety certified, you must pass the ServSafe Manager Certification Exam with a score of 70% or higher. For your ServSafe Certification to be recognized by your state or local health department, you must also meet your local regulatory requirements.
