I'm using Amazon Prime Video for Windows app in my laptop. I used to stream movies in that app at HD 1080p quality.. But I don't know why in the recent days, I'm just getting only HD quality (which is considered 720p). I tried playing in Edge, Chrome, Opera but still its being streamed at HD quality only. Replies (11) . Open start and search for Microsoft Store and then open it and on the top right corner of the Microsoft Store app click on ... and My Library and see if it is listed there? The Amazon shopping app is not listed in My Library in Microsoft Store. However, it is now back in my list of Apps and Features.
