Diablo IV is FINALLY live and that means we can finally share the Overwolf app we are making that so far contains an Interactive Map with (almost) all the markers! Updates go our regularly already and we are working hard to make sure all the changes from the launch are being put in place! More features besides the map are already in development ...
Really annoying. Having this issue on xbox series x. Lvl 54 on tier 4 torment. The legion events and world bosses just stopped showing up on the map.still see helltide event's. This needs to be fixed. The time on my console is set correctly. Fix for me was to fix my time zone on my PC. Happens randomly for me.

Edit: it seems like an adaptive indication of something of interest. When you open the map it blinks 4 times on your character marker. Blinks on elites. When my equipment broke it blinked on me and the armorer. Blinks on items in the world that start quests. 2.
Was perfectly fine before that. Diablo 4 fps drops when opening map = turn off hardware-accelrated GPU scheduling (windows 10/11). this has bugged me since i started. 174 votes, 79 comments. I have a good PC that runs the game at 40% GPU utilisation until I open the map and it goes to 99-100% for around 20 seconds….
The Diablo 4 Interactive Map may seem like a boon, but do not be fooled. The land of Sanctuary is a treacherous place, filled with demons and other terrors. No mere map can prepare you for what lies ahead. But, if you insist on using this map, then be cautious. Do not trust it completely, for it may lead you astray.
So, the Diablo 4 map is pretty big. However, it "only" covers about 2/3rds of the eastern continent. I'd say since the game seems to be getting quite popular, expansions are likely especially with how the game has been handeled similarly to an MMO and that they said themselves that they will continue to push out content.
Just added an interactive map to d4planner, planning to add location tracking as well, but since I don't have a backend system going, it would just save to browser localstorage (like builds currently work). Still need to add map links to all of the aspect descriptions in the planner and list as well. Reply reply. No_Client2742.
Today I disabled my SSDP service and (fingers crossed) it seems to have fixed the issue from happening at all. Google for whatever OS you are running. Here were my steps for Windows 10. Click Start, type services.msc. Find the SSDP Service, right click and change "Startup Type" to Disabled. Click "Stop" Click "OK". Hope it helps others!
