If you want to play Bedrock Edition, there is a client named Horion (https://horion.download/). Its the only client which can access server command system (Basically lets you spawn things via the "." command ex: .give diamond_pickaxe 1) Meanwhile the Java Edition, nope. Java Edition Multiplayer doesn't use p2p unlike Bedrock Edition.
