Masternetra. Replied on October 1, 2016. Report abuse. With 64bit windows move MSSTDFMT.dll to the SysWOW64 folder and register it there. Whenever you try to use regsvr32.exe to register a dll in system32 and you get that compatibility error, try moving the dll to SysWOW64 and register it there.
