Upload and download files from iCloud Drive on iCloud.com. You can upload files from a computer to iCloud Drive. Files you upload are visible on any device that has iCloud Drive turned on. They appear in the Files app on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch and in the Finder on your Mac.

Using Google Chrome on Windows, I am trying to download or copy + paste all of my files to an external hard drive so I can delete them afterwards and downgrade my iCloud drive subscription to something cheaper. I have tried to find a way but I can't seem to find a way to grab them all at once.
If you keep a local copy of your files in iCloud Drive, they're copied to a folder called iCloud Drive (Archive) in your home folder. You can move any files that were in your iCloud Desktop and Documents to your new local Desktop and Documents.
