A while back, Mojang was giving out free copies of the Windows 10 Edition (the only PC Bedrock version) to people who owned the Java Edition. This offer expired quite some time ago. I had this same problem. First solution to play is to open up minecraft from the installation tab. If you want to fix that specific issue though there is a tab in windows settings for all apps, and if you open minecraft launcher and do the soft repair (save info) one then restart ur pc it should work.
