    I didn’t have a credit card for decades. Then I got the Apple Card and a few months later the Prime Rewards. After acquiring my first non-cobranded Chase card I started using the Apple Card for only Apple related purchases where there’s a 3x cash return. Same with the Prime card. It’s 5x on every purchase I make on Amazon.

    Yeah just send a secured message to Chase and ask them to lower your credit lines. In your case, find your income, multiply it by .5, and then subtract $5000 from that. For instance, if you make $60,000... $60,000 x 0.5 = $30,000 $30,000 is the maximum amount of total credit Chase will give you. Subtract $5000 from $30,000. Boom.

    I don't think you can PC the Amazon card to another Chase card. That's typical with co-branded cards. You could ask Chase and find out for sure. A CFF would give you rotating categories outside of travel & dining, and the rewards points can be redeemed for statement credit each month, just like with the Amazon card.
