Hi, The recent security feature of Windows 11, the Smart App Control (recommended being turned on) is blocking features from Acrobat Reader pro as highlighting. I'm unable to open a PDF with Acrobat Pro on a fresh Win 11 Pro installation with Smart App Control enabled.

Any temporary files will be listed with the .tmp extension. Where Acrobat's .tmp files are stored.

3 Correct answers. I FOUND A SOLUTION. I had to go C:\Users\ [me]\AppData\Local and right click the Adobe folder, click properties and go to security tab. I had a bunch of left-over "Account Unknown" listed besides my three main ones (System, [me], Admin). I deleted all the account unknowns.
