Go back to Devices and Printers, remove any existing reminder of the printer by right clickig it and selecteing Remove Device. Open the Device Manager and remove any reminder of your printer, as well as any Unknown Device. Restart your PC, open the HP Envy software and follow the steps to connect a new printer.
