Steam and my Steam library are all located on my main C: drive (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common). I have tried as an Administrator, no luck. I've also tried moving the local game files via Steam Library Manager but due to this issue, I cannot browse for the new location once the files have been moved.
