If you are locked out of your Google account or you forgot your username or password for an old account, follow our account recovery process to regain access.
Follow the steps to recover your account. You'll be asked some questions to confirm it's your account and an email will be sent to you. If you don’t get an email: Check your Spam or Bulk Mail folders. Add noreply@google.com to your address book. To request another email, follow the steps to recover your account.
Choose the right steps to get back into your account, based on if you set up another second step, like: Verification codes. Google prompts. Backup codes. A backup security key you’ve added to your account. A registered computer where you chose not to be asked for a verification code.

I do not have a backup email address or phone setup on the account. For lost passwords, check the password manager of your browser, or a password app. If there, you may not need to proceed with the recovery. You cannot choose the security questions Google ask; we don't know how, why or what they select, if any.
In the Admin console, go to Menu Directory Users. Click the user you want in the list. You see summary information about that user. If you need help, see Find a user account. Click Security.
