Created on October 11, 2012. Yahoo Homepage Displays in Foreign Language (Windows 7) after latest Windows Updates. Whenever I open the Yahoo homepage, in any browser (IE9, Firefox, Chrome), it appears in Swedish, with a tab to enable me to display it in English (but, even after I click the tab to display in English, the Swedish tab still appears).
When at the Yahoo homepage, look at the bottom of the page. There will be different flags across the bottom. Click on the United States flag and that will turn the page back to English.

Hello StormyFlorin, My Name is Paul one of the Community Expert and a Windows User like you. I am sorry that you are having issues with your MS Edge and its defaulting back the region.
A workaround for the issue is to change the Country/Region in Bing.com by clicking on the Hamburger icon ☰ that is located on the upper right hand side of the web page. Click on Settings. Click on Country/Region. You will be directed to Bing.com's settings page then look for Change your country/region. Select your preferred language.
Here are the steps below on how to do it accordingly: Internet Explorer 11: Click the Tools icon in the top right corner of Internet Explorer. Click Internet Options. On the General tab, click the Languages button. In the Languages Preference window, click Set Language Preferences. In the Language window, click Advanced settings.
Windows International targets people who know British English, and the English version is meant for Windows users living in the United States. Since you are from Canada, with the Display Language being set to the US, you may want to use the normal English ISO file. Please let me know if you have any further question of concern. To God be the glory!
