Chris Titus Tech has a Powershell tool that he uses to Debloat and Optimize Windows 10 and 11 -- One Tool for Everything. I use it on all my clean installs and it works great - no issues to me. As usual, please review carefully what it does and doesn't do before you use.

HP Pavilion dv7-3162nr, upgraded from 7 to 10, 64Bit, 8GB RAM with SSD. I only use this laptop for tax, finance or online purchases. I love it since it has a keypad and wide screen. 2. HP Pavilion g6, 4GB RAM, 64Bit, upgraded from 8.1 to Tiny 10 then later back to 10 Pro, upgraded drive to SSD.
I used a Windows 10 debloater a while back (which can be found here: GitHub - Sycnex/Windows10Debloater: Script to remove Windows 10 bloatware.) and Decided I would like to reinstall only the MS store tried a bunch of mentioned methods online without any luck. Hardly - that expires and cannot be extended. A normal consumer could enter a volume licence agreement for LTSC but you need to have a minimum 5 licence agreement. Use a debloater script to remove all unnecessary programs in Windows 10 and 11. I am surprised no one suggested Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC.

Windows 10 Decrapifier – Win10.Guru. I'd suggest more effort on controlling Windows Update with a solution such as this one; Using CMD script and VBScript to control Windows Update. I use the above fix on 4 PCs, 2 of my own and two others I manage. I do have records somewhere on a debloater that was presented here.
The best you can do is add more memory, install ssds, disable unnecessary start-up programs, stop background apps running. Beyond that the only solution isd to splash the cash and buy a more powerful pc. You are deluding yourself if you think removing stuff/disabling services etc. will improve performance.
