Go to Devices and Printers/Properties (of Bluetooth device)/Hardware/Intel (R) Wireless Bluetooth (R) AVRCP TARGET /Properties. 2. Uninstall that driver now. Everything worked for me instantly when I reconnected the headphones after doing these steps.
