It really depends on what you're looking for. Blitz is very casual compared to WoT PC. It has a mix of people from PC to mobile devices. Many people who want to play the normal PC version but can't due to system requirements have played this. Not only that, but it's more fast paced. 5 minutes per battles, smaller teams.

1. Navigate to the Data folder within the World of Tanks Blitz install folder, e.g. E:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\World of Tanks Blitz\Data. 2. Make a backup of the GraphicsOptions.yaml file. 3. Open the GraphicsOptions.yaml file with a text editor, e.g. WordPad. 4. Scroll down to this section.
It's a button that gets in the way of something useful. Ranks was intended as a substitute for the Marks of Excellence that WOT PC has. They are decals added to tanks to show the player's accomplishments. Most pc's can display them but low end mobile devices can't display a decal on top of a camo on top of a tank's texture file.

When discovered Wargaming has a simple solution - they permanently ban all the players who were doing it. They don't like cheaters any more than we do. If you do encounter someone who looks like they are cheating you can file a ticket with Support. Attach the replay file to the ticket.
