I'm trying to verify for informed delivery. It wouldn't let me verify by phone, so I requested a code by mail. The validation code I received is nine characters long, and has both letters and numbers. The website, however, says "The first part of your Code must be at least 11 digits long."

When you change your address on USPS informed delivery, the website says that you're supposed to get a letter in the mail with a validation code. It's been like 3 weeks and I haven't received that letter. Has anyone had this problem? I don't know who to contact since their customer support people are clueless.
Informed Delivery stopped working I used to get a daily Informed Delivery, but for the past 1.5 weeks (after 6/27), it shows no mail pieces. It just abruptly stopped.
If you forgot your password, you can reset your password. If your account is temporarily disabled, you can wait until the end of that time period and attempt logging in to your account again. Unfortunately the informed delivery emails just look like that. They aren't coming from a no reply box either it's and i quote "USPSInformeddelivery@email.informeddelivery.usps.com" lol Like the entire informed delivery system just looks like a pishing scam but it's legit.
