After a month of slowly problem solving this silly thing, I figured out what the problem was. The gasket on the nozzle of the bottom sprayer was broken. This is not a part that you can order from Milwaukee, but a Milwaukee rep was able to give me the specs of the gasket. Broken Gasket. I replaced the gasket and everything is back and working!!
