The Dubai Japanese School (DJS) or Japanese School in Dubai (ドバイ日本人学校, Dobai Nihonjin Gakkō, Arabic: المدرسة اليابانية في دبي) is a Japanese curriculum school located in the Al Wasl area in Dubai. The Northern Association of Japanese Community established the school in 1980.
It follows the Russian Curriculum, the only school in Dubai to do so. Originally established in 1996 as the Dubai Russian School; it was a villa-based school with 60 students, founded by Najibullah Najib. Since then, the school has relocated, with 450 students attending the school in 2013, supported by 41 teachers.
Dubai British School is an international school offering a British education to students aged three to eighteen, located in The Springs, Emirates Hills, Dubai. The school is managed by Taaleem, one of largest education providers in Middle East. The school was established in 2005, and is open to students from Foundation 1 to Year 13.
