The first payment went under the name steam purchase (which now looking at it is weird but on my steam history it does show me having the game on 30th and that is when the money was taken out) for an amount of 30.48 and then a second time on the 31st (which I didn't even use steam that day) under the name steamgames.com 4259... of the same amount 30.48, so I have two charges on my account ...
