Signed up for Xfinity rewards diamond member and promised Peacock Premium Plus for free. On login to Peacock only recognizes my account as standard account, not premium plus and only allows option to subscribe for $5.99. Tried many things to activate and nothing works... Please help

Getting the app for FireStick isn't the same as purchasing the Peacock streaming service through Prime. And even if you did that it doesn't mean you can use those credentials to login to your app. You can do that with Paramount+ can't do it with Discovery+. And you can't purchase Peacock streaming service through Prime.
4/24/24 update to all: Peacock Premium access finally restored, albeit in a round about way. Through direct messages, Xfinity created ticket on 4/14/24. Xfinity technical support called me on 4/24/24 and provided 24 month promo code for Peacock Premium access. Promo code redeemed on Peacock website, but had to provide credit card info.

Thence, I was transferred to the Peacock login page that said sign in to your Peacock Premium Xfinity Rewards membership (or something specific like that). I used my Comcast email (which was the same as the email I had originally used when Peacock was offered free) and my Peacock password.
