    Im no expert, but one other reason your PSA might fluctuate is that you changed labs or your lab may have changed PSA assays (test methodologies). This happened to me 2 times over the years. In 2010 my lab changed from Bayer to Roche method for PSA. My PSA jumped from 3.3 to 4.3 in 1 year.
