I am getting around the new system by logging into Spectrum Webmail on Google. Well, that will probably not last forever. Really it would be helpful to have guidelines on how to get the same results as the old system. If this change was an advertising ploy to make Spectrum look progressive, for my average purposes it is a failure.
The Thunderbird screenshot will show some content that does not display in Webmail. Here is the screenshot from Thunderbird. There is a portion of a chart showing the results of a pool cleaning. Now, here is a screenshot of the same email from Webmail. Note that the chart is not visible here.
I have the same issue. It has been going on for a couple of weeks and now I can't log in. I wanted to open a Gmail account but can't get passed the 'import from other mail accounts' because I can't get to where I can send a verification from the spectrum web mail to Gmail.
