There is some new info out as Heather Reed came to our PSA State Board meeting last Saturday and gave a nice one hour presentation on descending Rockfish.

Then with the tag line still in tact make a series of wraps and half hitches up the j to the center of the bend. then take the remaining tag line 6-8" and tie on a snap swivel. Break off the barb on the J-hook and there you go, a descending device ready to go.
