The Cleveland Orchestra. The Cleveland Orchestra is an American orchestra based in Cleveland, Ohio. Severance Hall, also known as Severance Music Center, [ 1] is a concert hall in the University Circle neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio, home to the Cleveland Orchestra.
